Please try to arrive 15 minutes early for the intake process. *Please be prepared for to have a picture taken or have a photo ID ready. You may also do the intake online and provide a photo prior to your appointment here, or downloading the Vagaro App from here in App Store or Play Store. All information and photos are kept 100% confidential! Late cancel / arrival You may cancel or reschedule this appointment up until 24 hours of the session time without penalty. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Refunds will not be issued for sessions that extend past 15 minutes. Only management staff can issue refunds based on the information provided. Refunds are not always guaranteed and are at the discretion of the management staff. *Inclement Weather Policy* ABLM will still charge for the session as long as the business stays open and the therapist is available. No charges will occur under the following circumstances: State of Emergency declared. No therapist is available for your time slot or within 30 minutes. Notification of early cancel.

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

ABLM Policies Cancellation Policy We require a credit card or other form of payment to book the appointment. ***By the the close of the previous business day, we charge the payment type for the appointment as it is under the specified 24 hour notice. To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please contact A Balanced Life Massage the day before your scheduled massage. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. If you are a no-show, your credit card on file will be charged the full 100% of your appointment. That fee will be able to be used as a non-refundable gift card at a later date. A $20 fee will be charged for declined payments. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow.

 

Class Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be automatically issued on pre-paid gift certificates, memberships and / or packages. Refunds will not be issued for sessions that extend past 15 minutes no matter the justification. It is the client's responsibility to end the session within the allotted timeframe. If you feel the session is not going as you expected then you as the client are expected to end it as soon as possible and inform the front office or management staff immediately. Only management staff can issue refunds based on the information provided. Refunds are not always guaranteed and are at the discretion of the management staff.
